Terms of Service

Services are provided with standard service agreements that are fair and legislatively compliant. Most agreements will include a down payment or deposit, interval payments after verification of specific tasks, project review, and qualitative assessment period of 3-5 years on average.

Estimates and Quotes will be provided before and during the project in the form of change request processes. Accounting records will be modernized and kept to the least amount of data required that is still descriptive of services.

Our Policies Services will be professionally completed and communications will be a normal part of the service process. Assessments will be done throughout the service period to ensure the buyer is aware of the services being purchased, their rights, responsibilities, and specifications. Preconfigured services will often have a brochure and instruction guide or include a training period of a few hours individually or as a group. Additional training services can be puchased as requested and will result in a quote or estimate prior to agreement. Support services will also be available in excess of what is included by first examining the request and context of the support agreement.

Services can include use of spreadsheets, data examination, sorting, and review. Technology configuration, legal examination and document assessment, or health assessments with referrals to additional health services.

Our Agreements We use simplified 1-4 page 12 point font agreements that are based on established law at the time of agreement. Estimates and quotes are normally 1 page when possible and rarely exceed 2 pages. Larger projects use databases and webservices with a purchase approval process to complete a project and ensure there are no misunderstandings or questions about service specifications.

Refund Policy As a general rule there is a no refund policy with few exceptions. The services were designed for businesses and are available for informed consumers. Information sessions can be scheduled and do not include right to duplication. A separate agreement can be requested to offer specific services with support.

Liabilities and Venue Our contact page includes information for legal procedures. Normally, contacting customer service, support, or a management team is the first step prior to litigation. Subsequently a consumer protection agency or business quality group can be contacted if appropriate. If still left unsatisfied with a compliant, there is a procedure for court litigation that can include mediation, arbitration, or civil court. This will likely be in an Electronic U.S. District Court venue or in a venue within the State of South Dakota per the service agreement.
